Yoga instructor, entrepreneur, and devoted nature lover, Lauren leads with resilience, perspective, and heart. After surviving a brain aneurysm, she carries a deep appreciation for life’s simple and meaningful moments, which shapes both her leadership and the culture she creates. She finds her greatest joy camping with her partner and dogs, staying grounded in gratitude, balance, and the beauty of the outdoors.

Disciplined U.S. Marine veteran and fitness enthusiast, Jesse brings structure, consistency, and heart into his work each day. As a hands on leader in luxury dog hospitality, he focuses on building strong teams and creating a safe, elevated experience for every dog and family who walks through the doors. Outside of work, he is a proud father who prioritizes time with his son and believes in leading by example through discipline, health, and integrity.

Chas has been part of D Pet Hotels since the very beginning and brings years of loyalty and experience to the team. Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies with her older pups, traveling, spending time with family, cheering on the Raiders, and embracing cloudy rainy weather. She values creating a welcoming, family like atmosphere for both clients and their dogs.

Matt brings curiosity and creativity into his work, along with a strong interest in science and understanding how things work. He enjoys drawing, nature, museums, video games, biking, lifting, and once even owned an electric catfish. In the future, he hopes to work in environmental conservation while continuing his love for dogs.

With over 13 years in the dog industry, Kayla brings deep experience and knowledge to her work, creating safe and engaging environments for dogs. Outside of work, she stays active with her four dogs Storm, Summit, Zeus, and Stryker, and enjoys baking, ’80s music, and creating social media content featuring her pups. Her passion for dog behavior and strong client relationships shapes everything she does.

Saiylor is a proud Simpsons fan with a character tattoo and a background as a certified Pre K through 2nd grade teacher. She previously worked as a preschool teacher and now brings that energy and heart into her work with dogs, including her three pups Bella, Koa, and Money. She enjoys pool, antique and thrift shopping, and baking in her free time.

Born and raised in Alaska, Emma is an identical twin with a lifelong love for animals and multiple years of pet industry experience. She brings care and dedication to her role while enjoying music, concerts, and time with her four dogs and leopard gecko. Building meaningful relationships with dogs and their owners is what she values most.

lia began working with dogs in high school after teaching herself basic training with her two rescue dogs, Miso and Kimchi. Seeing their resilience inspired her to always lead with love and kindness. She is currently in college and enjoys writing poetry and cooking outside of work.

Adopted from India, Megan brings a love for adventure, creativity, and all things unique to her work. She enjoys baby elephants, the ocean, Marvel, horror movies, photography, gaming on her Nintendo Switch, and spending time with her dogs Stamper and Indie. She finds the most fulfillment in building lasting bonds with the dogs she cares for.

Leigh has over 30 years of grooming experience and a true passion for creativity in her craft. She loves classic grooms while also having fun with nail polish and dog safe hair dyes. When she is not grooming, she enjoys baking cakes, reading, movies, walking, and accessorizing with jewelry.

Originally from Colorado, Cole grew up on a 365 acre farm, which sparked his lifelong love for animals. He is a hardworking and devoted family man who enjoys reading and spending time with his Great Dane Domino, who believes she is a lap dog. Being surrounded by dogs every day is what he enjoys most.

Originally from New Mexico, Mercedes grew up rescuing a wide variety of animals and developed a deep love for nature and art. She brings compassion and creativity to her work while spending her free time with her American Bully Sweetpea. Creating safe, playful spaces for dogs is central to her passion.

Gloria grew up surrounded by cats but now has four dogs and works in her first role with them. Outside of work, she enjoys dinner outings with friends, family time, and small Target shopping trips. She loves learning about different breeds and discovering each dog’s unique personality.

Rhyanna is passionate about caring for others and is always looking for ways to help. She is family oriented and enjoys nature, concerts, cooking, baking, and collecting CDs, records, and DVDs while training to become a photographer. Understanding each dog’s behavior and creating a positive stay experience is what drives her.

Bridget brings creativity and discipline from her 12 years as a pre professional ballet dancer at Ballet Etudes. She enjoys cosplaying, drawing, shopping, video games, and spending time with her dogs Fuyumi and Jade. Her artistic background and dedication shape the care and attention she gives to every dog.
